2. Data Collected by the Extension

The extension collects the following data to function:

2.1. Authentication Data

• Google email and name: collected via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) to identify users and manage subscriptions.

2.2. Workout Data

• TrainingPeaks workout data: the extension reads workout details from the TrainingPeaks page to provide AI coaching feedback.
• AI-generated feedback: coaching analysis results are stored temporarily in Firebase for retrieval and display.

2.3. Usage Data

• Analysis count: we track how many workout analyses a user has performed for plan management.

2.4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• TrainingPeaks credentials: we never access your TrainingPeaks login credentials.
• Cookies and trackers: we do not use analytics, behavior trackers, or third-party cookies.

3. How the Extension Works

• The extension reads workout data from the TrainingPeaks page (DOM) to identify completed workouts and their metrics.
• Workout data is sent to OpenRouter, which processes it through an LLM to generate personalized coaching feedback.
• The AI-generated coaching feedback is stored in Firebase and displayed to the user within the extension interface.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google Cloud): for authentication, data storage, and cloud functions.
• OpenRouter: for LLM processing of workout data to generate coaching feedback.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use Policy.

5. Data Retention

• Authentication data: retained while the user account is active.
• Workout data in transit: not permanently stored. Data sent to OpenRouter is not retained after processing.
• AI coaching feedback: retained while the account is active. Users may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may request:

• Confirmation and access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Deletion of personal data.
• Data portability.
• Withdrawal of consent.

7. Security

• All communication uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication with enterprise-level security.
• The extension is distributed exclusively through the Chrome Web Store.

8. Children

This extension is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is indicated at the top.
